Asparagus Cheese Bake Print

 This recipe is nutritious, easy to prepare and economical.

Serves 4

  • 340g tin of asparagus or 12 Fresh (blanched)
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Arrange asparagus on bottom of dish
Mix together milk, eggs, parsley, mustard, salt & pepper and pour over asparagus
Sprinkle cheese & sesame seeds on top
Bake on moderate heat for 30 -35 minutes

Yum!
