| The Time Bomb poem |
Following is a poem from Karen Meehan who lives with arthritis
THE TIME BOMBI can drink the wine To dull the pain But the very next day It’s back again These hands that join At the wrist The gnarled fingers Turn and twist I have to make the most You see And don’t let arthritis Get the better of me Got to fight until The end Me and my cousin My weary friend
