The Vodafone NZ Foundation is looking for passionate people who want to pursue an amazing life experience whilst changing the lives of young Kiwis (aged 12-24 years).  World of Difference will pay the salary and expenses of eight individuals to work full-time with a youth-related NZ charity of their choice for a year. 

The World of Difference Programme was established in 2003. The Vodafone NZ Foundation finds passionate people who want to make a difference in the community. They support them financially and professionally while they work for a New Zealand youth charity for one year. The aim is to strengthen the charity’s ability to work in the community both now and in the future.

Some people participate in the World of Difference Programme so they can focus on a significant new project for a youth charity they’re already involved with. Other people participate so they can leave their current job to work with a youth charity to help with an important project.
