This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic manager with the skills to contribute at a regional and national level.

Reporting to and working with the Chief Executive, this key role in our senior management team provides the oversight of our services from Tauranga to Wellington. Significantly this role will also take the national lead in further developing our responsiveness for Māori and Pacifica.

Your ability to manage our services coupled with your mana and drive to address health inequalities will match your skills in the field. With a team of seven direct reports and the support of the remaining staff, volunteers and members there are opportunities to springboard from our existing work.

Arthritis New Zealand is looking for a person with knowledge, connections, charisma and a drive to succeed. You can work with and through others to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis. Prior experience in the not for profit and/or the health sectors is essential.
